Driver Education: Summer Course
Driver Education theory consists of a classroom unit, which is a comprehensive study of the mental skills involved with driving. Great emphasis is placed on the impact of alcohol and other drugs with driving. In addition, the meaning and understanding of signs, signals, roadway markings, and traffic control devices are explored. The program includes use of the NJDMV Driving Manual, online text sources, audio-visual aids, and demonstrations. Students prepare to take the state high school written permit examination.
Live virtual instruction: face to face online instruction in real time. Instructor is a state certified Teacher of Driver Education .
IOE is Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools accredited.
60 hour course : 3 hours per day / 5 weekdays per week / 4 weeks
